| General description and relevant information |
Diferents tipus d'aliments (característiques, composició), seguretat alimentaria (toxicitat, contaminació, al·lergens), traçabilitat dels aliments. La docència serà presencial sempre que la limitació en l’aforament de l’aula a causa de l’emergència sanitària ho permeti. Si el nombre d’estudiants matriculats fos superior a l’aforament permès a l’aula assignada, la docència es farà mixta (presencial i a distància)en horari programat. L’organització concreta s'especificarà en l'espai Moodle de l’assignatura en funció de la situació d'emergència sanitària. |
