Each student will develop their own innovation project where he/she has to apply the theoretical knowledge learnt in the course. The main objective is that the student will face up to a R&D&i project the most real possible. The student will play the role either of project manager in an established Corporation or owner of an start-up company. Objective is to set up a detailed plan for an intrapreneurship or entrepreneur activity , identifying not only the activities but also partners and tools required for each step. Expected the use of tools presented in the course ,like ‘Lean Canvas’, specifically designed to handle uncertainty in the definition of the business model. |
