General description and relevant information | HOSPITALITY MANEGEMENT The pedagogical concept is built around the idea of a project and is based on current and future trends in the hospitality industry. The objectives of the modules incorporate, on the one hand, the professional experience previously acquired and, on the other hand, the development of management skills essential to the creation of a company. Students will conduct their project through their own work, which they will learn to design with professional tools. | |||||||||||||||||
