General description and relevant information

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT.- This subject deals with the analytical systematics applied to oenological field. Thus, the bases of analysis are established as a tool to solve specific and real problems in a cellar. Routine but also official methods are introduced.

 HOW WILL THE TEACHING AND ASSESSMENT OF THE SUBJECT BE.- In this subject, the contents will be provided via Moodle( presentations, videos, links to interesting news, other documents, etc.) so that the student can work individually before and after the theoretical classes. The classes in the classroom will be used to study the topics specified in each section and to work on practical cases, solve problems and resolve doubts.
