General description and relevant information
Students learn to identify his own documentary and terminological needs, and to distinguish specialized languages, their function and the problems that their transference poses in the English-Spanish linguistic pair. They also learn to identify the terms present in a specialized document, extract them and create databases for later use. Finally, the student develops strategies to address their terminological and lexical needs in dealing with the typical problems of English-Spanish scientific-technical translation in a bidirectional way.
