Video prepared for the debate. In these videos, special emphasis must be placed on the legal and / or social interest aspects that limit / condition the topic (these aspects will have a maximum weight of 60% in the final grade of this evaluable activity). This evaluable item will have a maximum score of 4 points (10 points being the maximum grade of the subject).

The deliverable of this item is the video of the debate in which each group has defended their position on the topic to be discussed (and a single video will be delivered per group).
The maximum note of this section is 4 points (the maximum grade subject is 10)
Debates
CE11
Participation in the debates through questions, comments, reflections, etc. This evaluable item will have a maximum score of 1,5 points (10 points being the maximum mark of the subject).

During the debates, 30% of these 1,5 points will be used to evaluate the respect that the students have shown towards the other gender's classmates and towards the classmates who think differently from him/her (or who defend opposing positions). Within this 30%, it will also be valued that the turn of words is respected, that they let finish the argumentations of the companions and do not monopolize the protagonism of the debate.

Attendance at these activities IS COMPULSORY. Students who, unjustifiably, miss any of the debates: (1) must go automatically to the second call (see below in what this second call consists and to what part of the grade of the subject affects the second call) ; and (2) they will have a zero as contribution to the final grade in this section of the evaluation (a zero in the discussion note)

In the case of mobility students, if for reasons of force majeure they can not attend the debates, the compulsory nature of the activity will be eliminated but in exchange for the student accepting that he / she will have a 0 of this part of the grade (Therefore, the maximum grade of the subject would be in this case 8,5)
The maximum note of this section is 1.5 points (the maximum grade subject is 10)

This evaluable item will have a maximum score of 1.5 points (the maximum grade of the subject being 10 points).

Other comments and second exam session

Only the part corresponding to the works will be evaluated on second call (therefore, neither the part corresponding to the debates nor the corresponding to the thematic sheets on legal aspects will be evaluated in this second call). The evaluation will consist in the elaboration of a dissemination video about a topic of bioethical interest proposed by the professor. In this video we will have to make a special emphasis on the legal aspects and / or social interest that affect you. The contributions to the corresponding note both the participation in the debate and the completion of the thematic record (items that will not be evaluated in second call) will be those that have been reached in the first call (THEREFORE, THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE DEBATES WILL BE ZERO IN THE CASE, IN A UNJUSTIFIED WAY, A STUDENT HAS NOT ATTENDED A DEBATE).
