General description and relevant information |
The study of systems in equilibrium (where a process goes), through thermodynamics, and the temporal evolution of matter (how long it takes), through kinetics, give complementary visions of the behaviour of chemical or biochemical systems. General contents of chemical thermodynamics and kinetics, necessary for the comprehension, analysis, modelling and design of processes specific to biotechnology. |
