Development ofmethodologies that facilitate the identification and calculation of themechanisms present in a heat transfer process and the application to differentcases of interest. | OBSERVACIONS: Aquesta assignatura s'imparteix conjuntament amb el Grau d'Enginyeria de Bioprocessos Alimentaris (GEBA) i les competències que es mostren son d’aquest ensenyament.
